1st Mate

• 1st Officer/1st Mate

40m sailing yacht looking for a 1st mate. Either someone who has already been 1st mate on smaller yachts or a strong bosun with good experience on similar sized yachts who is ready to take a step up. 2 years experience minimum. Yacht master offshore is a bonus but not a must. You need to be a good sailor, be able to lead and teach the deckhand, strong maintenance and deck product knowledge as well as tender driving skills are all musts.

It’s a private single season program and the yacht will do Palma boat show before starting the season. Lovely owners who spend most of the summer onboard in Greece/ Turkey.

You could be in a couple with either a Stewardess, Chef or Deck/stew.
