This is a private program with a predominantly Caribbean/East Coast USA itinerary. It is dual season and has a good history of crew longevity on board.

Fantastic extended network and well looked after crew.

This is a great role for a strong deckhand with 1-2 years on boats to take a step up and work alongside a strong first mate.
