An 80+m S/Y is looking for an experienced Bosun to join them at the end of the season. This is a dual season program that is commercially registered and charters. Ideally candidates will be able to join in October which will allow for a decent handover and time to get familiar with how things operate, but there is flexibility with this.

Successful candidates will have a strong background with large sailing yachts and operating large deck gear. They will be natural and experienced leaders to run and manage a strong deck team, and have good familiarity with planned maintenance systems.

Minimum required tickets are as follows:

• PDSD
• PWC License
• Beneficial but not essential:
  • Dive Instructor (one onboard required)
  • PWC Instructor (one onboard required)
  • Watersports
