• Sole Chef

A private, world travelling 34m modern S/Y is looking for a chef to join their crew of 5. Currently in Panama until June, they will make their way to Hawaii and then up to Alaska.

The owners are American and easy going to have on board. They love healthy, interesting food and like to have provisions bought as sustainably and local as possible. Plastic reduction and waste reduction is important to them, and they appreciate this can mean things are more limited/ time consuming to source but they are understanding and allow time for the effort.

There is one celiac on board and the chef must be confident with catering with this in mind. They also aim to be 90% vegetarian but will have the occasional chicken/duck and locally or self caught fish.

There is a great ethos on board and an exciting itinerary ahead. This will be a super opportunity for an experienced sailing yacht chef to cater for a lovely family and crew.

Ideally candidates must be able to join in Panama before the end of the month and hold a B1B2.

Salary will be industry standard and DOE.
