Fantastic Chef opportunity on a beautiful 55m+ sailing yacht with a professional and well run program. Fun young active team onboard of 11. Its private only and the owners enjoy  Mediterranean cuisine. Usually 6 guest but can be up to 8. After the Caribbean the yacht will be heading down to NZ through the Pacific. Looking for someone who is highly organised when it comes to provisioning and the day to day running of the galley. You should have great experience as Sole Chef on sailing  yachts with proven longevity and references. Start date end of April.
