We have a 38m sailing yacht looking for a Chief/Sole stew to join before the 10th of May. This is a private program with plans of a Med season, potentially heading up to the baltic before crossing back to the Caribbean and onwards to the Pacific.

You need to have either worked as sole stew on similar sized yachts before or as 2nd stew on larger yachts. You have a full-time 2nd stew when the boss is onboard who then goes on deck when the boss isn’t. You need to be highly organised, stay ontop of inventories and ordering. Owners enjoy an mixed of family style/buffet and plated service. Good cocktail making skills are a bonus.
