40m+ motor yacht is looking for a Chief stewardess who has a minimum 1 year experience as Chief on a similar sized vessel or alt has worked as 2nd stewardess on larger yachts for 3+ years and is looking for their first chief role. You have 2 girls working for you on the interior, one is green and will need training and guidance. You need to be highly motivated, organised and be on top of your department.

Busy Mediterranean cruising this summer followed by either winter in Palma or potentially heading over to the Caribbean. Yacht might also go commercial and start chartering next year if crossing over.

Ideally looking for someone who could start in April but latest early May.
