We have a 45m performance sailing yacht looking for a deckhand, female or male. Ideally one season minimum experience and you must know how to sail. Private Med cruising for the summer before returning to Palma until December before the crossing to the Caribbean. Any kind of race experience will be an added bonus.

Looking for a self-motivated, energetic crew member with an eye for detail. Fit and healthy and non-smokers only.
