FIrst Mate

A gorgeous 35m S/Y is looking for a first mate to join their dual season private program. This is a great opportunity for a career minded first mate who wants to commit long term to a well established and well cared for boat. Summers are spent based out of Newport Rhode Island where they have a busy but steady summer. The owner is a passionate sailor and is also invested in a race program which is supported by this boat. They will spend the winters in the Caribbean and longer term plans will include making it over to the Americas cup in Barcelona. There is great history of crew longevity on board and they are looking for a strong team player who is keen to commit and become and integral part of the strong crew.

Start date is flexible, but ideally for the end of the month or by early May.

A valid B1B2 is required and candidates must hold a minimum of a yacht master offshore.
