First Mate

A modern 45m S/Y is looking for an experienced First Mate, who will also be given the additional responsibility of covering for the Captain for approx 4 months a year.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sailing background who is an experienced First Mate and working towards more drive time and being in good stead for a Captains position.

This is a dual season program with 4 regattas booked for next year, plus charters.

Ideally candidates will have an OOW but, this isn’t essential should candidates have a strong background and excellent relevant experience.

Salary will be DOE but competitive.
