- Sous Chef
Looking for a sole chef to join a 37m sailing yacht. Pervious experience cooking on sailing yachts ideally, preferably female DTCA. Owners enjoy family style Mediterranean/American cuisine. It’s a real family feel onboard. Fun active crew onboard! You need to be organised and keep onto off inventories, provisioning and accounts. High level of cleanliness and attention to detail. Someone who is relaxed and doesn’t get stressed.
Itinerary is Med for the summer and potentially go up the Baltic before returning to the Caribbean. Pacific is also on the cards.
Start date could be in the next 2 weeks or later on towards end of April/early May.
