SOLE ENGINEER 32M PERFORMANCE S/Y

A 32m S/Y is looking for an engineer to join them in Palma. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong sailor with an engineering background to join a well established, structured program which offers a good work/life balance. There is great history of crew longevity and they are looking for an engineer who would intend to stay long term.The owners rotate summers between the South of France and the Baltic, and winters are spent in Palma.

Candidates must have a strong sailing background as they will be responsible for the mainsheet while sailing, and be competent with helming and navigating when needed.

The start date is flexible over the coming months and the outgoing engineer will be on hand for a thorough handover, but the sooner the better to allow for as much time to familiarise as possible.
